We provide a logical and
practical learning model.
We provide useful strategies, tips and techniques that can be readily applied
when participants return to the workplace. We encourage our learners to immediately
seek opportunities to apply what they've learned. Through skill application,
their performance improves. They share their enhanced competencies
with others to expand organizational effectiveness.
We provide customized, user-friendly manuals.
In our Learning Workshops, (LINK) participants receive user-friendly
manuals and job aids that are designed for easy future reference.
Learning does not end in the classroom but is jump-started in
the classroom.
We have no “talking heads” on our trainers.
Our facilitators are subject matter experts who know adults do
not learn well from lecture alone. We stress participant
learning and performance improvement. We emphasize skill building
and immediate application of those skills. Our trainers work
with your staff to identify ways to address your unique challenges—we
do not prescribe boiler-plate solutions.
We address the learning needs of participants of all ages and experience.
Today’s workplace is a diverse workplace--one comprised of
many new hires and also many considering retirement within the
next few years. The learning environment we provide meets the needs
of all ages and experience levels. We encourage classroom networking
as well as peer-to-peer learning - pairing more seasoned workers
with those newer to the workplace.
We focus on deliverables.
To optimize skill application, many of our courses build to some
culminating event that requires participants to apply what they
have been learning. This approach builds confidence. It provides
participants an opportunity to progress beyond understanding theor.
For instance, in our public speaking classes, participants give
final oral presentations. In our interviewing classes, participants
interview their peers to obtain information. Participants receive
rich feedback—both positive and constructive—from their
peers as well as the facilitator.
We go “beyond the basics”.
We do not offer the “same old thing” participants learn
in generic training. We stay current with learning and subject
matter breakthroughs and regularly incorporate them in our training.
We redesign our classes so that information shared is not stale
or out of date. We thrive on developing innovative training techniques.
